Sunday at the Philharmonic

Another festival evening at the National Philharmonic brought together Vadim Gluzman (violin), Sinfonia Varsovia and conductor Sergey Smbatyan.

The programme featured Chaconne in memoriam Giovanni Paolo II by Krzysztof Penderecki, the Violin Concerto in D major by Johannes Brahms, Beethoven’s Egmont Overture, and Schumann’s Symphony No. 3 in E-flat major, ‘Rhenish’.

The concert was supported by Polskie Porty Lotnicze.
